Our Minehead shop has plenty of free parking around it. We are open for cycle hire from 9am to 5pm daily, from March to December |
Bookings
Advanced booking is not essential, but all our bikes and equipment are subject to availability, so to ensure we can meet your requirements, we strongly advise that you ring us, email us or call in to book in advance for full day hire. This is particularly important in peak periods such as holidays, high season and at weekends. Basic hire periods are as follows:
FULL DAY HIRE: 9.00am - 5.00pm
MORNING HIRE: 9.00am -1.00pm
AFTERNOON HIRE: 1.00pm - 5.00pm
Overnight and multi-day bookings are also available.
If you want Trailers, Child seats or Tagalongs, then booking is ESSENTIAL. If you wish to make a preliminary enquiry and check the availability of cycles, you can complete the form at the bottom of this page and we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm or discuss your request.
Cycles and equipment can only be hired from us on completion in person of a booking form, which may be done on the day of the hire, or in advance. Proof of ID with current address (e.g. driving licence) is essential. Under 16s are welcome when they are accompanied by adult.
We will also always ask for a deposit which will be retained during the period of hire and returned in full upon the return to our satisfaction of all the cycles and equipment hired. We normally ask for a £50 deposit, secured by cash, credit card, debit card, or cheque with banker's card, although we reserve the right to vary this; for example, car owners may leave their keys with us if they wish as security for the duration of the hire.
In all cases, Loss or Damage is the responsibility of the hirer. On booking, all hirers must sign that they agree to our full Terms and Conditions of Hire which are printed on the booking form, and which can also be viewed by clicking the Terms link opposite.
